Quality: Decreased Softness

I have been using this toilet paper for the past year or more, and after trying almost every other brand on the market, this was the best product for my sensitive skin. However, after I recently purchased a new package I noticed that the toilet paper has lost the quality balance between durability and softness. The softness has decreased and the printed floral pattern is rough to the touch. You claim in response to other reviews that you have increased softness by 25%, but that does not seem to translate when I compare the old to the new. I am disappointed in the recent change because I loved this product.

Just like any other toliet paper. Nothing really stood out about this product, and I could most definitely get that point across in much less character Than 85. The minimum character limit is absolutely ridiculous, and works against the purpose of having useful reviews! I good review can be short, sweet and to the point!

Great chemical-free alternative for sensitive area

I have Interstitial Cystitis and switched to 7th Generation toilet paper (and Ultra Thin pads) so I can avoid the fragrance/chlorine/chemicals/etc. that are in most toilet paper. This product does the job efficiently and doesn't cause urinary tract irritation/itching.
