Absolute Waterproof First Aid Tape, Foam, 1 x 180

I got this to help keep pads on my sweaty arms and ankles while running a 5k. It held great through the sweat and sun.

My husband, at 75, loves his bowling. We bowl 4-5 times a week, in leagues and just for fun with friends. His arthritis was really a problem in his right hand, fingers were really hurting, so much he could barely pick up a ball, much less bowl. Using the Nexcare Waterproof Tape on his bowling fingers, supporting the joints, enables him to be back on the lanes and knocking pins down. An average of 182, not too shabby.

I love this tape it stay's where you put it. It has a good stretch to it and can be cut in half if it's too wide for your needs.
