I make greeting cards and use the lables not only on my envelopes but, sometime for text on the front and inside and for my name to go on the back!
I was mailing out wedding invitations and this was perfect because I didn't have my envelopes pre-printed and buy using the clear labels it made them look like they were professionally done.
Used these labels with Avery Design Pro App for Mac to create beautiful labels for Wedding and Bridal Shower Invitations and Thank You Notes. We had colored envelopes, so the clear labels were perfect. Printed everything out on a laser printer. The Avery software made it so easy. We used a beautiful, calligraphic typeface and were able to add one of the wedding "symbols" to the label. Because we already had the names in a spreadsheet, creating labels for each of the different events was a seamless activity. Using these labels and the Avery software saved the bride & groom hundreds of dollars and saved me (the invitation maker and addresser) countless man hours.
I sell bead kits in clear plastic envelopes. I print my logo on the clear labels and place them over the end to seal the envelopes up. Makes a much cleaner and better looking closure than the white lables.
