The Keurig website doesn't give this information, but these Caribou Daybreak claim to have .41 oz of coffee per K-cup. The Starbucks Veranda have .42 oz each. You would think that wouldn't matter at all. But comparing the two out of the box, there is a lot more coffee in the Starbucks.
The brewed Caribou Daybreak coffee is a very good light roast. I like it a lot. However, the Keurig 8 ounce setting results in a more watery brew than the same setting with the Starbucks K-cups. I don't think they stand up to half-and-half well.
I have no idea if .01 oz difference is the cause of it being weaker, or whether the Caribou have less than they claim. I'll have to try other brands to find out.
