Very Disappointed

We have two rubbermaid cabinets that we bought several years ago and we were very pleased with them. About a month ago we bought two Full Double Door cabinets and we are extremely disappointed in the product. First of all when assembling them, there was no instructions which door should be on top or bottom and which door should be on the right or left ( not sure if that would make a difference or not). The main issue is the doors do not open smoothly at all, they are very rough and creaky and it takes several attempts to open them completely.

Not the quality that I expected.

I just finished putting this cabinet together and the doors dont move smoothly, the resin seems to be lighter gauge than ones i have had for over 15 years. I have a feeling that this new cabinet will not last. Many of the reviews that i have read seem to have the same problems that i do. Rubbernaid needs to rethink their quality control.

I had a bad experience with my rubber maid storage

I bought this particular cabinet for $200+ and it's missing pieces and it's not aligned. I am not happy. I hope that Rubbermaid will help me to fix this problem. Also Some of the pieces are bent. You can see a white line through the door like it was bent badly.

Assembly

The product is very nice once assembled. That said the instructions for assembly say 15 minutes. If you can assemble this in 15 minutes you either have done this before or work for Rubbermaid (plan on 45 minutes). Make sure you have a rubber hammer! Hint on shelf installation: put the back of the shelf on first using your rubber hammer, then the front since the front is movable.
