Everything about this product (basic whiteboard) is good and definitely aids my organizational skills at home. A couple of suggestions I would recommend to the Quartet team are: (1) the method for hanging the board is fine but the board is still not stable enough to write on it without being extremely delicate in your touch and the board banging against the wall along with the tray falling off. I took 2 pieces of velcro, placed them in the both bottom "frame" corners and that secured the board and the tray to the wall much better. Velcro is cheap but it made a huge difference. Also, I could not find the instructions for hanging this board or the initial steps to take before first using it on your website. Unfortunately, I lost the small piece of paper with the directions for first use and I am unable to find them on your website. I remember seeing it and telling me to do something specific before I use it but do not remember what that was?? By putting that on your website, it would save a phone call or damage to the board. Thank you for an overall good product.
