Facial Tissue, 2-Ply, White, 64 Sheets/Box

Hi Puffs ~ I have to say I really like the new package designs, but what is going on with all the lint?? I never buy Kleenex because their tissues are so linty...now with Puffs there are large pieces of lint and what looks like actual pieces of cotton flying all over the place when I pull a tissue out. I thought maybe it was a fluke, but this has happened with several boxes now.

I am very unhappy with the changes in the puffs Basic. There are fewer tissues, the box and tissues are smaller and the price is higher. Did you servay your customers to see if they were willing to pay more for less?

Sorry to say, after 40 years of using Puffs we switched to the other brand after discovering that it was stronger and thicker. Puffs tissues were simply too thin, especially when there were colds in the house. Still soft, but too thin. We could buy the thicker Puffs, but that is not cost effective when another brand is comparable in price for regular tissues.

I love the value of Puffs Basic. As a preschool teacher, I love the fact that I can grab a handful of tissues at a time instead of having to pull one at a time out of the box. If you need to have a handful of tissues handy for wiping multiple noses, it's the only way to go. When our parents are asked to bring in a box of tissues for the classroom, we only recommend Puffs for that reason.

I have used Puffs for years and have loved them. Last week I bought a three pack of the basic Puffs and they are not soft anymore. They are not the same Puffs that I have been faithful to for many years. What happend?
