It has a good hand feel. It's easy to hold. It's not flimsy. The on button is easy and it's easy to point and aim. I am a teacher and used it to point on the screen and the white board and it works well
This laser pointer is lightweight and compact but not so small as to get lost. It is simple - it doesn't allow you to control your slides - but I like that it isn't complicated. There is one button and it doesn't require too much pressure to activate. The laser is bright, even in a well-lit room, and the dot is big enough. I do wish you could push the button and the laser would stay on if you wanted. As it is you have to hold down the button for the laser to stay on. But that is a minor quibble and shouldn't be a problem because you're not usually using it for very long at a time. Overall, a great simple option for a laser pointer. AND it includes the batteries!
As a college lecturer, I often want to direct my students' attention to a specific word, topic or area in a powerpoint lecture notes, so this laser pointer is an easy way to accomplish this. The small size makes it easy to carry in my bag, and the clip allows me to keep track of it, as I clip it with pens and high lighters. The grip makes it easy to use and hold in my hand. Batteries were included, so nice.
I teach a college course and this thing has a beautiful visible laser point that anyone can see clear across the room. It's lightweight and easy to hold. Although nitpicky, I wish it had a button that would just keep it on instead of always having to hold it down to have it come on. Sometimes I'm pointing to things for a long time and wish I didn't have to hurt my thumb holding it down so long. But the pointer works great.
I no longer have to stand at the board to illustrate . I love the laser pointer because I can be in the back of the classroom illustrating a point on PowerPoint. My students are enjoying it as well. Since, I have had the laser pointer the students enjoy utilizing the pointer to get there point across.
