Fits over 8287 inner jacket to create a thermal 4-in-1 jacket. 2 ANSI-compliant 3M Scotchlite Reflective for visibility. Inset hood with drawstring and stoppers. A total of four pockets and a clear ID holder to keep personal items secure. Dual mic tabs for clipping radios.
