Good customer service

I was ordering a box of vacuum cleaner bags. When I got to check out, the documentation in a drop down said there were no shipping charges; that was reasonable, considering I was spending $80, well over the amount at which most sites provide free shipping. However, my bill included shipping charges. I talked to a telephone sales rep who got permission to remove the charges.
