Infinity Glass Marker Board, 24 x 18, White Surface

I loved this Quarter Infinity Glass Dry Erase Board. We put it in my husbands home office. I absolutely love the design and it matches any decor. It's easy to clean and easy to write on. I am going to purchase a smaller one to put in the playroom.

The whiteboard installed OK, but the included plastic mounting sleeves weren't beefy enough for the application. Luckily the installer had better sleeves to replace the Quartet-supplied ones.

The board looks great on my wall, and I hope to get a lot of use from it. Two concerns:

1) the glass surface doesn't accept dry erase ink as well as traditional dry erase surfaces. It looks like my pens are running out of ink, even though they're brand new. Makes it hard to read what I write on the board.

2) The board *is* magnetic, but it requires industrial strength magnets. Your typical magnets will fall right off the glass surface.

I'm hoping I can find industrial strength markers to go with this glass whiteboard. Without another marker solution, this board won't get a lot of use.

The product looks amazing. Very professional look without the clunky look of the metal versions. Everyone thinks that we spent 2 or 3 times the price but are amazed that the price was comparable.

The only drawback is magnets. I read in other reviews where Quartet is working on a magnet offering and others were they say to use rare earth magnets. Bottom line is get this solved or recommend (by part number) someone else's magnets to use. Stop letting a "great" product be dragged down because you can't get a magnet offered.

Sleek look and function is great! So much better than old school white boards.

I love the modern sleek look of this board. It has a great design. Item arrived without damage. It was packaged very well. However, it's incredibly heavy. You will need 2 if not 3 people to hang it up. Once it's installed its great! Very smooth writing surface. Easy to clean. Doesn't leave shadows behind what you write. Another downside is magnets don't work on it unless they are really strong. I had a hard time finding some that would work. The tray it comes with looks cheap compared to the board itself so we didn't put it on. Overall I am happy with it.
