This was the first time that I ever tried this product. I really needed to have a one dose a day as it becomes too difficult to keep up with more frequent dosing. Also, I like the extra omegas with each pill! The capsule is easy to swallow.

I have black shiny stove top and I have found this product to be the only one that you only have to make one pass in cleaning all the gunk off and leaves the top shiny.
