The colors are great, as usual. The stickiness is great, as usual, but there is one major design flaw. The adhesive is on alternating edges. This feature makes them fun to play with like a toy, but frustratingId in real world use. I usually make several notes at a time. I write on them before I pull it off the stack, and if I don't remember to rotate the stack 180 degrees each time, the next notes writing will be "upside-down". I prefer to have the adhesive on the top side only, which isn't visually distracting when I am brainstorming or sketching out multiple concepts. I don't mind this feature, but if I had known about it in the store, I would have selected ones with adhesive on one side. Spinning the little pad around each time is a bit of a pain.
