These refills are a life safer. They come at a great price, and any I buy in bundle so when my ink runs out I can keep using the pens I love.

I do alot of writing at work and these pens are the best. The needle point works great for some of the small spaces I write in. Other gel ink pens clog or stop working, these pens work to the end.

I have been using the Pentel Energel pen for years with great results. Now the last 6 pens I've purchased ran out of ink (stopped writing, skipping, etc.) before the ink was all used out of the cartridge. I am very disappointed in your product at this time. I will need to find another pen that works as well as yours did. Thank you for the opportunity to state my opinion. Jm.berger
