Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based Primer is a wall primer/sealer that provides outstanding performance indoors and outdoors. Apply it to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, railings and other paintable surfaces. Versatile primer sticks to all surfaces without sanding; seals stains, graffiti and tannin bleed; provides a mold-resistant and mildew-resistant barrier; and inhibits rust. Allow the first coat to dry for 1 hour before applying another coat.
