Finally I have found a shipping tape that does not stick to itself if it falls underneath the tab guides! No more picking with fingernails to find the lost end, only to have the product shred like other brands. Smooth and quiet unrolling, you will not have to play "tug of war" to commence dispensing. Cuts easily with a slight twist, saving fingers. I feel it has slightly less adhesive than other tapes, so be sure to apply some pressure while smoothing it out to ensure a secure seal. I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and was recently sent the ScotchВ® Sure Start Shipping Packaging Tape.
First, what I like: the refillable plastic dispenser is superb. It's designed with little plastic tabs on either side, underneath the blade, so that after you cut off your preferred length of tape, the end of the tape no longer flops down on the roll, leaving you to have to turn the roll around and around until you find the start. I received a sample roll of the Sure Start tape and loved how easily it rolls across the package. Most of all, I loved how quiet it was when dispensing. I have used other tapes that are very noisy and hard to maneuver, but that is not the case with the Sure Start. I will be buying this in the future.

I received this from #M to test, but I have bought it in the past. It's my go to for packing boxes. it's always the best for packing in that it stays stuck and with the dispenser it's easy to use.
