In our law and real estate office, we handle hundreds of leases of various properties ranging from residential to commercial. Keeps your papers wrinkle free

This durable folder manages to keep all of my papers in order but also keeps them fresh and wrinkle free. I hate when folders are flimsy and don't stay sturdy for long!
