A execllent file solution!!!!

The organization I work for uses this particular accordion style folder for Central Filing. We have numerous contracts that we award on a daily basis that can consist of hundreds of pages. This filing system allows us to keep each contract organized in a file system by labeling the contract number on the outside of the folder which has a side tab. This allows the individuals organizing the central files to keep up with important documents. In my opinion it also eliminates a lot of stress of where paper should be stored and how it should be kept. I have accessed documents from a few years back and due to these file folders the papers are still in excellent condition.

Very resistant. 30% recycled material sure does help the environment. Very expandable, and will give you plenty of room to store important documents. These are great for holding large amounts of medical records.
