I work at a busy attorney's office and have to make files regularly. These are the perfect size and the holes to insert prong fasteners come in handy to keep paperwork intact! I would definitely recommend these for any business that files regularly and needs their paperwork kept safe.

The BEST FOLDER ON THE MARKET!!

I work in a busy medical office and these folders have been our FIRST and ONLY choice for years! WHY? They are durable! We have patient's with multiple volumes and the Volume 1 for the patient looks just as new as the Volume 7 for a patient. This product is worth every penny! We have been able to reuse so many of these folder's because they hold up through years of chart shifting and under the pressure of holding 300+ pages. Everything: From the embossed lines on the front to the precisely cut prong holes is perfect. In fact - even new employees "Get on the Smead Train" and purchase smead products for their home office.
