I like so much this product; first for the quality of the material, second for the beautiful assorted colors, and third because I can use in different forms them. I use this product to archive documents, put in presentations, literature of our company, and training certificates.
With an office full of manilla folders, the colored files help me to spot my important files quickly. It is easy to relate the color to the subject. Red is for the Security file, orange for the marketing, yellow for staff meetings, green for expense file and blue for personnel issues. If I must be out of the office, I can tell someone to get the yellow file on my desk and know they will find it quickly.
I prefer Smead products over competitor products because of quality, value and long-lasting stability. My filing cabinets are organized by color, that way I know where all of my documents are located and can easily be reached.
When ordering 1/3 cut tab folders, I only order Smead. They are durable; the colors stay true longer (even in semi-direct sunlight); and there is a wide variety of colors, so organizing is easy!
