No Fuss No Muss Home Office

Set up an easy filing system by subject matter: Easy to read label and can be color coded. When filing drop in latest document/item to file in the front. Keeps your desk free of clutter, easy to file and easy to access, papers do not fall out and you do not have to punch, or stable paperwork to keep in date order. If needed a 1/3 cut file folder could be added for pictures divider, etc. It also makes it easy to clean out old files, and reuse the folders. My "messy desk bosses" loved this easy system that helped them find information easy and fast. They also liked that they could carry a pocket file with them to a meeting.

Helpful for storing large volumes

These folders are great for our long-term storage. We collect a lot of data, so it is nice to keep everything in one spot. We don't access this information often, so a binder takes up too much space. These folders stand on their own, so it also helps keep the shelves from looking messy.

Narrow tabs

The tabs are not high enough for the names to be seen clearly, since papers get stuck above the expansion folds on the bottom.

"The Perfect Folder, I think so"

I've been using a variety of different pocket and manila folders for quite some time, and desperately in search of a folder that can enclose smaller folders inside. The Smead Jacket definite has the size and stability needed to encompass multiple sub folders inside. I was thoroughly impressed with the product, and will definitely recommend it to others who are in search for the "the perfect folder." Sincerely, Satisfied Customer
