I’m a senior and run a part-time business dealing with bookkeeping and records management for some small private and not-for-profit organizations. As a Document Control Administrator paperwork and filing are my life. These file folders hold up well no matter what I put them through. The tabs are durable and remain intact which is fantastic when I need to re-label them, and they folders hold up extremely well in storage. Working in Manufacturing my files are handled on a regular basis by many different people and still hold together nicely after years of wear and tear. I would definitely be lost without them.
I do A/P for a construction company and the files are used almost daily. The tabs are very sturdy and after a year aren't bent.
The reinforced tabs are very strong and help these last much longer than normal manila folders. I ran out for 1 day and my supervisor commented on the poor quality of my colleagues temporary replacements!! No unappealing yellow undertone like many cheaper manila folders and a great price too!
Our company loves Smead's reinforced file folders! We have file cabinets upon file cabinets that are all filled with them. They last forever and keep the documents inside totally safe from tears, crinkles, and any other potentially harmful elements. They keep the labels completely visible and easy to find every time we need to file, which is often. It makes our job so much easier.
