Where I work, we use the red hanging files for our invoices to be reviewed for payment, we use the yellow for the purchase orders, we use the orange for the vendor files, and we use the blue for the paid/completed invoices. These hangers work great, keep things neat, makes it easy to remember where to re-file ...red with red, blue with blue.... And we've used the same folders for 4 years now, and they are holding up great!
