Hanging Folders, Letter Size, 1/3-Cut Tabs, Standard Green, 25/Box

My works space was an absolute catastrophe. Some days I'd waste hours simply trying to locate a file. Tired of wasting time I grabbed a box of the hanging folders out of the closet and began organizing. These folders fit snugly in my new desk unit, eliminating the need for additional hardware.... To my surprise these file folders fit my desk cabinets better than my favorite pair of jeans on a good day!!!

These are a standard in our office. They make organization a breeze, and I'm not sure what we'd do if we couldn't find them anymore! My only complaint would be the degradation of the adhesive over time, but I'm not sure if that's something that can be helped.

This is an excellent labeling system. I have been using smead viewables for the last 13 years. The files are easy to find. Smead's software is easy to use. You can view the labels from any direction.

These hanging file folders fit well into my standard file cabinet. They are sturdy and the moveable tabs are a plus.

Using hanging file folders makes any documentation/paperwork easy to store in its designated space--until you decide to extract it to write the information in document/paper to computer or discard and reuse hanging folder space for another subject.
