This is amazing for filing any paper work and putting them in place with no mess! I love smead file folders! beautiful colors!

I am a medical fellowship coordinator. Each year we interview about 25 prospective candidates for one available training slot. I make approximately 10 personell files per applicant. Color coding all 10 files per applicant with a specific color imprints a color in my memory allowing me to go directly to that color which I associate with each applicant. It saves time, and if asked, I can say that he or she is in a blue, red, orange, yellow, or green folder.

I love these file folders! I like that they fit inside the smead hanging folders and still be able to see the file folders. If you do a lot of project work, these folders are for you. You can color code your interior file folder by project and since they stand up inside the hanging folder they are easy to get to. These folders have made my work a lot easier.

The Assorted Color folders, designed for hanging allow for optimal organziation with various sections of students charts. It allows me to quickly organize by color per each student and provides easy access when information is needed from their chart! Not only does it provide a quicker search it looks appealing to the eye, rather then just plain beige folders!

This product has been very helpful in that I can use it with ease, the interchangable tabs cause no problems, and the color variety is great. These hanging folders are great for keeping documents separated and color coded. Totally reccommend this!!
