Great for organization and keeping things easy to find
I have come up with a system to file that helps me distinguish what year a customer started doing business with our company. Each year I choose a different color file folder to file new customers into. Example 2010 I used red folders, 2011 I used purple and this year I chose gray. There are so many color in the Smead Pressboard File folders that my file cabinets look like a rainbow and also keep tabs on what year my customers started business with our company! Great product!
