We use these colored files for Year verification. So this year 2015 is RED. And in two years RED can be boxed up. We love the coloring system. Saves us time and money spent on people sitting and trying to figure out manilla folders.

My only complaint is that the "poly" file folder is very "slippery" and hard to work with. They slip and slid all over the place and are even difficult to manage in a filing cabinet. Otherwise, Smead products are of the very best quality and I will purchase them in the future.

Color coding takes on a new flair. Green and red are saturated colors which really look cool. Need a darker blue and purple too.

I love to recycle, repurpose, reuse! I am the queen of efficiency and repurposing at home and at work. I love that these are water resistant and tear proof. I often have to go to several meetings at several different locations and love that these folders can go the distance with me!
