This product works pretty well. Since plugging it up we have had two power outages and it's been about a month. The first time everything went out except the TV and Playstation which were connected to the Internet Office Battery Back up. We just turned those off ourselves just in case. The second time we didn't even know that the power had went off until the Battery Back up went off. We were in the middle of a game and were able to shut down the Playstation safely
I just put it in service 2 Nov. 18. We haven't lost power since then, so it's hard giving an honest review. If we loose power, which hopefully we won't, I will write another review.
I use this product as a battery backup when my building looses power. The INTERNET750VA allows me to backup and save any document, Powerpoint Briefs, or project to my computers hard drive and allow me to proplerly power down after the electricity in my building goes off line. This happens alot during the summer season and sometimes during the winter season. This UPS is dependable and reliable as a back up power source when you enexpectedly loose power to your office.
Love the INTERNET750U's compact size without being too small. That mean plenty of room to plug in all of those power bricks without have to resort to adding in an external power strip. The UPS is just the right size to protect and backup your shelf mounted flat screen and cable modem without sticking out.
Tripp Lite's customer support is also legendary. They will help you resolve your problems quickly. When needed they support department will send out a replacement on their dime. But in over 20 years of using multitudes of Tripp Lite products I have only had to return two items that were still under warranty.
I recommend the INTERNET750U, or any other one of their products for use.
We haven't had a storm-caused power outage since I started using the unit, but everything stayed on (two computers, wireless router, modem, monitor) when I pulled the plug on the Tripp-Lite as a test. I suspect that it has mitigated some power flickers, which normally cause one or both PCs to reboot; we've had plenty of thunderstorms when such flickers are common, and both PCs have stayed up 24/7. Wish I'd sprung for a UPS years ago.
