Overall this is a very good product. Sometimes though if the file has too many papers in it, it has a tendency to bow out and come off the track.
Label printing is a pain. Customer service suggests using a typewriter.
I want to import data from excel and print from my laptop.
When I married up the TUFF series of hanging folders with the Viewables Tabs, I did so in the hope of never having to replace folders or tabs again. It was an investment worth every dime! Not only have the files been able to endure rough handling that would have destroyed any other hanging file, they continue to slide quietly back to their home in the filing cabinet, thanks to the easy-slide design of the reinforced robs. While engineered obsolesce is common in many products, these TUFF files have continued to do their job admirably for many years. The return on investment is realized quickly when you buy top Quality. That quality is found in the Smead TUFF series of folders.
I love these folders. I just starting working on my file cabinet ...replacing the old folders that did not
hold up well with these new Tuff folders. They are much better to work with. They slide easier on the rails and are much nicer looking then the old ones.
The only problem is that we need more colors such ad......orange, violet, pink,brown, copper,silver,raspberry.
Use them all the time, very handy and keeps my files organized.
