Sadly only works with Windows PC and not Mac. I had to download a copy of Windows Operating system onto my Macbook Pro to use the product. The ability to color code and have easy to see labels is helpful. The labels do not stick to the plastic tabs without the additional adhesive film and that's a drawback. Otherwise worked well and filled my need to have an organized labeling system

I love my Smead viewables color labeling system. I have no problem finding the correct folder. The only problem I have is trying to get the label on the tab,also the protectors. I would definitely recommend any of the Smead products.

I was used to the standard plastic tab with inserts, but then I found THESE! You can go through the hassle of making a new label, putting it in the slot, putting the tab into the folder slots (and you KNOW you've broken a few of those from all the repeat usage)--OR you could use these! Our office has completely overhauled our filing with these and it looks like $1,000,000 bucks! It's also easier on your eyes, because it's visible from front back AND the top!

Wonderful product to make filing quick & easy. Never again have to search for a file. Colors make file names pop!

I have been using Smead Viewables Labeling System #64905 for about 5 years now. I refuse to use any other labeling system because these are quick and easy to create. I recommend this product to anyone that has to create file labels in an efficient and creative manner.
