I was a little diapointed when I got the Puffs Basic. I actually bought them by mistake not knowing there was a basic,ultra ect.

I have a cold currently and the basic were no better than the Kleenex I had at home. I love the rest of the products, but the basic did not make my nose feel any better like I'm used to feeling.

I like the new design of the rectangular box. No flimsy plastic to deal with. The plastic always breaks down and the tissues fall back into the box. Not so with your new box. the cardboard slot is much better. I have a tissue when needed. Mike
