I have used G301s off an on for a while. They are really good pens. They are lightweight so it doesn't wear on your fingers. The ink writes smooth and does not bleed like some other gel pens have a habit of doing. The grip near the tip of the pen has some texture which makes it easier to grip than a metal pen without the grip, but I would prefer a rubberized grip.
This pen has a really sharp look, with the stainless steel body and black accents. It also has a sturdy feel in my hand, like it shouldn't break before half the ink is gone. I tend to fidget with pens so I need something sturdy. And the 0.7mm ink writes smooth and bold.
I have never used a pen that is both lightweight and effective. I only use gel pens and this one does not disappoint. It is significantly lighter than any other pen I have ever used. It works well and it retracts quickly after use.

I have used marketing pens from clients and suppliers for some time, but they always run out of ink when it's least convenient, and the quality of the writing is suspect. I felt I needed to be a little more forward thinking and so I got a Zebra pen. I initially bought a Z-Grip and it was a fine pen, but then I upgraded to this pen. It's smooth to write with, it just flows. The grip is nice and comfortable, and I don't worry about the way it looks after I write in my less than stellar handwriting. I'm a fan!
